Tailored mediation: offering Councils an alternative dispute resolution service

From time to time, Councils receive complaints about their service.  With the emphasis on settling complaints locally, a Council may decide that a complaint would better be reviewed externally and we have undertaken work for Birmingham City Council in this respect.
