Two Detached Dwellings Approved in Green Belt

The Tyler Parkes team is delighted to have obtained planning permission for HCD Developments Ltd for 2 new houses on Chessetts Wood Road in Lapworth. The new houses, with an approximate floor area of 470 sq.m each plus garages, were approved on a site on which we had previously obtained planning permission for smaller dwellings.
The application was presented to Warwick District Council’s Planning Committee on 13th September due to an objection from the Parish Council. Tyler Parkes Director, Alan Tyler, addressed the Committee, responding to the points raised by the objectors. The application was supported by officers and the Planning Committee went on to grant approval.
