Warwick Local Plan adopted

TP Editorial Team

On 20th September 2017 Warwick District Council resolved to formally adopt its Local Plan. This final step means that it has now become the Council’s official policy informing planning decisions into the future.

The Local Plan aims to facilitate the growth of the local economy and reflect population growth with the provision of new homes, schools, roads, cycle-ways and open spaces. Work is currently underway to prepare one single consolidated version which should be available on the Council’s website in due course.

If you require any further information on the New Local Plan or have any sites within the Warwick area you require assistance with please do not hesitate to contact us.
