Warwick District Consult on Supplementary Planning Documents

Warwick District are currently consulting on two supplementary planning documents (SPD); ‘Residential Design Guide’ and ‘Parking Standards’.

The Residential Design SPD seeks to promote high quality and innovative design, sensitive to and in keeping with the area, expanding upon design polices in the recently adopted Warwick District Local Plan.

The principal objective of the Parking standards SPD is to ensure delivery of sufficient cycle and vehicle parking to meet the demands of new developments addressing the amount, location and practical usability of car parking spaces.

Any comments need to be submitted to the Council by 9 May 2018.
