Approval for additional car parking at Hogarths Hotel

Tyler Parkes continues to successfully assist Hogarths Hotel in Dorridge, Solihull with their ongoing programme of improvements and on this occasion we are pleased to have secured planning permission from Solihull Council for the hotel’s latest proposal to form two new overflow car parks within the site.

​Hogarths is a boutique hotel set in over 20 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds and woodlands offering fine dining, with a fabulous restaurant overlooking the grounds, conference and events space as well as hotel accommodation finished to an exceptionally high standard.

With the considerable investment made by the owners of Hogarths, the hotel has been transformed into the outstanding establishment that it is today. Tyler Parkes has worked closely with the owners and Solihull Council over the years which resulted in securing a series of planning permissions for additional bedrooms, restaurant and spa proposals.

Hogarths Hotel is a true success story, having gained an excellent reputation as a quality venue that is very highly regarded in the area. The hotel has achieved many well deserved accolades for excellence and outstanding standards of service.
