We have been working with clients for the past three years on the progression of residential proposals for Sapphire House, Streetsbrook Road, Solihull. This has included a number of Permitted Development Prior Notification approvals for conversion of the office building to residential, extending to approximately 180 apartments; planning permission for external alterations to introduce balconies, replacement of cladding and introducing new windows and doors.

The most recent consent granted in March 2020 for a roof extension added a further 7 apartments to the scheme.

Sapphire House is an imposing building located within walking distance of the Solihull Town Centre, within an extremely sustainable location. There are bus services immediately adjacent to the site and Solihull Station is a short walk away.

We have been delighted to assist with these proposals, with the conversion of the first phase of the development of 83 apartments well underway.
