As we had previously reported in April, Bromsgrove District Council had at that time confirmed that its District Plan Review was ready to move onto the next stage. However, the Council has since confirmed that, due to the announcement of the forthcoming General Election on 4th July 2024, the Council has taken the decision to delay the scheduled consultation on the Bromsgrove District Plan.

The Council stresses that it is still committed to producing a replacement District Plan, and that following the General Election a new timetable for the consultation will be announced as soon as possible.

We will continue to monitor the situation. In the meantime, if you have any sites in the District and wish to be kept updated, please contact us.
