Bromsgrove District Plan Review Timescale

The next key stage in the Bromsgrove District Plan preparation process will be publication of the Preferred Option version for a six week public consultation period. Recently published dates suggest that the consultation is anticipated to begin in about 3 months’ time, on 22nd September 2022. This is likely to be the penultimate version of the plan and will provide an opportunity to influence the ‘final’ draft pre-submission policies and proposals. It should also provide an opportunity to submit details to the Council of any alternative/additional sites considered suitable for development for their assessment and potential inclusion in the final version of the plan as an allocated site.
