Coventry Brownfield Call for Sites Spring 2024

Coventry City Council is currently requesting submissions of brownfield sites, especially in the light of the Government’s current consultation on brownfield land. The sites will be considered as part of their Local Plan Review, the timetable for which can been seen here

This consultation runs from 5th March 2024 until 7th April 2024. The Council state that after that date, they will not be accepting any new submissions as they need to proceed with assessment work in order to progress the plan review to meet Government deadlines.
