After obtaining Prior Approval for the conversion of a former poultry unit to a four bedroom dwelling in Worcestershire last year, the Tyler Parkes Partnership has now secured further Prior Approval for the conversion of the same building to three 3-bed dwellinghouses.

Although the previous scheme is still capable of being completed within the relevant 3 year period of the prior approval date, nevertheless the revised scheme is considered to be a more attractive and beneficial alternative by making greater and more efficient use of the building resulting in the creation of two additional dwellings on the site.

As before, all aspects of the scheme were found to be acceptable enabling Prior Approval to be granted comfortably within the 56-day period.

The application was again supported by a bat survey report by Focus Environmental Consultants and a structural assessment and report by HWA (Structural Engineers) Ltd.

The architectural design and all planning consultancy was undertaken by the Tyler Parkes Partnership
