North Warwickshire Call for Sites

North Warwickshire Borough Council, which includes the towns of Atherstone and Coleshill, is currently carrying out a Call for Sites until 9th May 2024.

The Call for Sites provides an opportunity for developers, landowners and other interested parties to put forward sites within North Warwickshire that they believe are suitable for development. All sites will be assessed using the Coventry & Warwickshire Housing & Employment Land site assessment methodology.

Any sites submitted under the previous Call for Sites should also be resubmitted to them.
