Sandwell Council submit Local Plan for Examination

Following on swiftly from the recent Regulation 19 consultation which closed in early November, Sandwell Council has confirmed that it submitted the Local Plan and supporting information to the Secretary of State for examination on 11 December 2024.

An independent Planning Inspector(s) will be appointed to carry out a formal examination of the Local Plan in due course.
