Solihull Submit Local Plan for Examination

TP Editorial Team

On 13th May 2021, Solihull MBC submitted the Draft Pre-submission version of the Solihull Local Plan to the Secretary of State for it to be independently examined.

The plan was submitted together with all supporting evidence, copies of all representations submitted and a number of previously unpublished documents – many of which relate to the Duty to Cooperate. These can be viewed via the following web link: https://www.solihull.gov.uk/Planning-and-building-control/Local-Plan-Review

No substantive changes have been made to the submitted plan.

We shall post more updates on the Solihull Local Plan plan-making process when they arise.
